Summary:
The Junior Process Engineer will support the Moulding and Assembly Value Stream production processes, focusing on documenting assembly workflows, performing system failure mode analysis, and driving production improvements. Working closely with the Senior Process Engineer, you will enhance production efficiency through time and motion studies, integrate technology into existing workflows, and contribute to achieving manufacturing excellence with zero defects, waste, and losses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Continuous improvement of processes, using Lean tools, participating in, and leading Kaizens,
- Process engineering.
- Problem solving.
- Implementing solutions in a timely manner.
- Managing and presenting data and improvement plans.
- Support NPI and specification of New Equipment.
- Manage change process and documentation.
- Responsibility for all moulding processes at factory.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of Lean tools and process improvement techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, hands-on approach.
- Ability to manage data and present findings effectively.
- Interest in advancing skills in process engineering and production optimisation.
