Trainee Recruitment Consultant

New Resource Recruitment is expanding and seeking aTrainee / Junior Recruitment Consultantto support high-volume industrial recruitment. Full training is provided, with mentorship from senior consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in temporary, permanent, and contract roles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Proactively develop new business throughface-to-face meetings and phone calls.
• Research and engage candidates with niche skills.
• Support senior consultants with client management and recruitment projects.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.

• Strong communication, sales, and IT skills.
• Ambitious, resilient, and eager to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident in business development and relationship building.
• Full UK driving licence required.
