We are currently looking for Teachers in the Gloucestershire area with a range of experience from KS3-KS5 across various subjects.
It goes without saying but to be part of the Thrive Team you will:
路 Have experience in teaching Secondary education.
路 Have great classroom management skills with the aptitude to accommodate all levels of learning and ability and be able to cover subjects outside of specialism.
路 Able to fit in and adhere to the school鈥檚 ethos.
The Role of a Supply Teacher:
路 Willing to teach either specified specialisms various classes and subjects (General Cover).
路 Organise the classroom and learning resources to create a positive teaching environment.
路 Have a passion for teaching with the ability to cater to students of all abilities.
路 Maintain discipline and deliver engaging lessons.
路 Meet requirements for the assessment and recording of pupils' development.
路 Staying up to date with changes and developments in the structure of the curriculum.
路 Communicate effectively and appropriately with staff, pupils and parents and manage effectively the learning and teaching of individual pupils, groups and classes.
路 Liaise with colleagues and working flexibly, particularly within smaller schools.
