We are seeking a Field Sales Manager to manage a £1m+ turnover within the UK B2B market. This role focuses on new business generation, relationship management, and territory growth across the UK and Ireland, with some international support.Key Responsibilities
  • Increase sales by securing new business and expanding existing accounts.
  • Engage with customers, ensuring top-tier service and relationship management.
  • Promote products through client visits, presentations, and tailored solutions.
  • Research and target market opportunities, replacing lapsed stockists.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to annual strategy and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with teams, including sales, customer service, and marketing.
  • Support trade fairs and events, attending industry meetings as required.
  • Ensure financial controls are in place with all customers.

  • Managing circa £1m+ turnover annually in UK B2B sales
