Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with an award winning Privately owned Spa in the Leicestershire area and they have an exciting opportunity for a Bar Manager overseeing 2 bars, to join their team.

What's involved in this Bar Manager role?
- Assume full responsibility for two Bars in respect of operation, personnel and in delivering a warm, professional anticipatory service.
- Working over two Bars - you will need to balance the needs of both departments ensuring your team are well cared for and valued and appreciation shown for the work they do.
What's required?
- Previous similar experience in a Bar Manager role
- Spa Hotel experience
- Food & Wine knowledge
- Leadership
