Role ResponsibilitiesClient Leadership & Advisory- Oversee a portfolio of high-value corporate clients, providing expert tax compliance and advisory services
- Act as a trusted adviser, building long-term relationships and ensuring a seamless client experience
- Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services, helping clients navigate complex tax issues
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
- Share expertise and provide technical guidance to junior and senior colleagues
- Support the recruitment and training of new team members
- Work closely with colleagues across departments to identify tax-related opportunities and risks for clients
- Contribute to business development initiatives, assisting in client pitches and firm-wide growth strategies
- Play a key role in shaping and implementing the firm’s corporate tax strategy

Candidate Requirements- Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax law and regulations
- Extensive experience in corporate tax compliance, with the ability to manage multiple complex assignments
- Ability to provide comprehensive tax advice on transfer pricing, R&D tax relief, group reorganisations, and patent box
- Excellent client relationship management skills
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead and develop a high-performing team
- A proactive and results-driven approach
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Qualified CTA, ATT, ACA, or ACCA
- £100,000 to £140,000 per annum
