Corporate Senior Insolvency Administrator / Insolvency Case Manager East Midlands £26-35k (Subject to experience)

Our client is continuing to grow and with this they are looking grow their Insolvency team at one of their East Midlands offices. They are looking for an experienced Senior Insolvency Administrator / Insolvency Case Manager with 3 years’ experience of working within the Insolvency industry in both areas corporate and personal insolvency.

The Role

To assist the Insolvency Practitioner’s on corporate and personal casework, report into the Insolvency Manager, manage your own caseload from inception to case closure and support and advise clients whilst they go through a difficult period. The casework will include MVL's, CVL's, CVA's and Bankruptcies.

The main day to day task will include:

  • Set up and manage your own caseload from generation to closure
  • Manage relationships with clients, creditors, directors, employees and stakeholders
  • Liaise with external agencies and solicitors
  • Prepare and attend creditor and shareholders and creditors meetings
  • Deal with creditor correspondence and claims including trade creditors, HMRC and banks
  • Prepare and assist to draft and review formal reports to creditors and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor case diaries and completing statutory work in a timely manner.
  • Carry out investigations duties
  • Perform asset realisations duties
  • Maintain and update IPS

Experience and Skills

  • At least 3 yrs + experience of managing corporate insolvency cases
  • Experience of producing reports for banks and creditors relating to insolvency cases
  • Good technical knowledge and problem solving skills
  • Experience in interpreting accounting information would be advantageous
  • Experience of using MS Office and IPS
  • CPI (desirable but not essential)

Salary

Our client will offer a highly competitive salary of £26-35k plus benefits dependent upon experience and the skills brought to the firm.
