Day-to-day of the role:
- Work methodically to maintain excellent organisational standards within the bakery.
- Deliver high-quality results under pressure, ensuring attention to detail in all baking processes.
- Maintain exceptional personal, food, and kitchen hygiene standards at all times.
- Work independently while effectively communicating and collaborating with the team.
- Adapt to overtime requirements during busy periods to meet production needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a bakery is desirable but not mandatory.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
