You will need to work 2-3 days onsite in either Birmingham or Nottingham whichever is closer to you and remaining days homebased. The role will involve:- Leading and managing a team of Occupational Health Professionals- Ensuring clinical governance and a high standard of delivery- Collaborate with global teams to promote a healthy and safe work environment- Provide expert advise on occupational health matters- Support development of health policies and procedures- Ensure legal compliance with data protection requirements for all medical records- Work with the Senior Leadership team to develop strategies to meet the needs of different business areas- Develop and Implement health and wellbeing programmesTo apply you will need to be a Qualified and experienced Occupational Health Nurse Manager with a degree or diploma in Occupational Health.
