THE OPPORTUNITY: Macildowie are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor working for a business based in Melton Mowbray.This is a full time position, temporary to permanent.THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Processing emails from customersMaking call notesTaking payments over the telephoneSending emails and correspondence to customersInputting customers details into the computer system accuratelyTaking inbound callsWorking towards the client SLA at all timesMaking outbound calls responding to customers requestsPrepare systems for daily customer contactEXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE: In order to be considered you must have strong customer service skills, be IT literate, have excellent attention to detail, be able to work in a fast paced environment and be immediately available for work.
