We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team at a SEN school in Melton Mowbray. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting students in their learning and development.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students across a range of subjects, providing support in both small group and one-to-one settings. Your role will be key to ensuring that students have the resources, guidance, and encouragement they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in the delivery of lessons, ensuring students are engaged and on task.
  • Provide tailored support for students with additional learning needs.
  • Build positive relationships with students, promoting their personal, social, and academic development.
