Maintenance Electricians
Location - Melton Mowbray

What You Will Do:
- Complete Electrical & Mechanical breakdown repairs across the site to ensure smooth operation.
- Conduct repairs, health, and safety checks to maintain high safety standards.
- Assist in planned maintenance and repairs in liaison with the Production team to minimize manufacturing downtime.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement energy-saving and continuous improvements to the plant.
- Maintain systems, checks, procedures, records, and tests to meet safety legislation and company standards.
- Troubleshoot processing problems in liaison with the Production and Technical Departments, ensuring quality standards.
What You Will Bring:
- Apprentice trained in Electrical/Mechanical disciplines.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills and IT literacy.
- Proven experience in fault finding & repair of gearboxes & drives, and working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of PLC & SCADA systems, and ability to carry out Electrical/Mechanical installation work.
- A team player who can also work independently, with the ability to understand technical drawings and manage external contractors.
