- Carry out any amendments or variations to existing projects / contracts
- Regular contact with customers to keep them updated
- Completing the required works, on time, in budget and to the client’s satisfaction.
- Site visits to survey new projects
- Understanding of the need to complete correct documentation accurately for each job, in line with company and client procedure.
- Carry out surveys on customer premises when required. Providing technical advice
- Site visits and client meetings
- Knowledge of fire alarm systems installations
- Knowledge of intruder alarms, CCTV and Accesss Control
- Ability to work safely and responsibly to avoid injury, damage, and loss to property and/or materials.
- Able to work closely with team members, ensuring time managed effectively, works are prioritised under own initiative.
- Previous experience working in a customer-based environment.
- Experience of successfully delivering small project works
- Organisation of own work
