SF Recruitment is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a well-established, family-owned company based in Leicestershire. This is a temporary role starting immediately and lasting for at least three months, but it may extend beyond that period. The Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in providing high-level support to the CEO and will need to demonstrate exceptional organisational and collaboration skills to deliver top-notch service and support at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Executive Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide seamless, executive-level support to the CEO. This will include managing the CEO's confidential calendar, inbox, and travel arrangements. You will be expected to use your initiative to schedule meetings, events, and assist proactively and efficiently with high-level projects and administrative tasks. In this role, you will need to think ahead, anticipating the CEO's needs and helping to ensure their success. Other responsibilities will include preparing meeting packs and ensuring the CEO is well-prepared for all appointments.

The successful candidate will also need to be proactive, flexible, and capable of working independently in a stakeholder-dynamic environment. This role will also involve managing personal administration and coordination to enable the CEO to focus on their role fully. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceptional planning and organising skills, with the ability to adapt to short, medium, and long-term goals. Furthermore, the role will require building strong professional relationships quickly, both internally and externally, so excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital.

As the ideal candidate, you must have previous experience in an administrative or Assistant role, supporting C-suite executives. You must also demonstrate an ability to handle complex and strategic challenges with ease and be responsive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you must be technologically savvy, with extensive experience using the full Microsoft 360 suite (including Teams, One Note, and One Drive), video conferencing, etc. Experience supporting someone in a market-facing role, such as engaging with external stakeholders, is highly desirable.
