Self-Employed Mortgage Broker Key Responsibilities

• Receive leads from the estate agency branches you support and convert them into successful mortgage applications.
• Utilize training and resources provided by the brokerage to build your personal brand and generate new business through effective marketing strategies.
• Deliver outstanding service and advice, ensuring clients have a seamless and positive experience throughout their mortgage journey.

The Self-Employed Mortgage Broker Package

• Self-Employed Position
• Location: Estate Agency-Based in Derby or Leicester
• Leads Provided: Benefit from leads generated through the estate agencies you support.
• Commission Structure:
  • 80% commission on self-generated leads
  • 40% commission on leads provided
• Admin Support: Available on a cost-per-case basis
• Training: Receive guidance on creating your own lead sources
• Marketing Support: Access established in-house marketing resources as needed
• Referral Program: Commission kickback for referrals

Self-Employed Mortgage Broker Desired Skills and Experience

• Cemap qualified or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Mortgage and Protection Broker
