Responsibilities

Responsibilities of the Lead Salesforce Functional Consultant:- Lead on high value and complex Salesforce CRM projects across several Salesforce products.- You will effectively own the project and client relationship at a functional level and work with the management team on ensuring project delivery success.- Leverage your knowledge of Salesforce products features and limitations to help with solution design and implementation while also ensuring your project runs to time and budget.- You will need to have great communication and stakeholder management skills as you will be client facing and be able to manage client expectations under pressure.- Line management of junior Salesforce Consultants.

Skills

The skills and experience needed for the Lead Salesforce Functional Consultant:- Proven Salesforce functional background delivering end-to-end solutions on the Salesforce platform.- Able to manage the project lifecycle - scoping, development, testing, deployment, go live and aftercare.- High Level understanding of Salesforce customisation and configuration.- Strong stakeholder management with good business acumen.- Show leadership attributes with willingness to support and guide junior consultants on projects.- Worked across multiple Salesforce cloud implementation projects at the same time - Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud are both bonuses to have.

Experience Requirements

Experience of working with another Salesforce consultancy firm.

Qualifications

Salesforce certified.
