We are seeking an enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join our team at Hancock Property in a part-time role of 32.5 hours per week.
The position offers a salary of £20,000 per annum, along with benefits such as a company pension scheme, 28 days holiday, and a bonus scheme.
Key responsibilities include managing the lettings process, building relationships with landlords and tenants, conducting viewings, and providing excellent customer service.
While proven experience in a similar role is advantageous, it is not essential; strong communication skills and self-motivation are important.

Were looking for an enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join our team at Hancock Property.

This is a part-time role working 32.5 hours per week, 4 days per week 09:00-17:30 and alternate Saturdays, 09:00-15:00. Along with a salary of £20,000 per annum, you will also receive a company pension scheme, 28 days holiday and bonus scheme.

As Lettings Negotiator at Hancock Property, your responsibilities will include:

Managing the entire lettings process, from property listings to tenant move-ins
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Conducting property viewings
Providing top-notch customer service and support
Assisting with marketing properties and handling administrative tasks

At Hancock Property, were looking for a Lettings Negotiator with the following:

Proven experience in a similar role within the property sector would be an advantage but not essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service ethic
Self-motivation
