ROLE: HR Manager

SALARY: Up to £40,000 DOE

LOCATION: Melton Mowbray (office based)

THE COMPANY: We are currently working with a leading Manufacturer, based in Melton Mowbray, who are looking to recruit an experienced HR Manager to join their friendly team.

THE CANDIDATE: The right candidate will have a strong background within a senior HR position; either as a HR Manager or Senior HR Officer.

Experience within a manufacturing environment is essential, as you will be working closely with blue-collar workers on a daily basis, in a fast-paced environment.

DUTIES:

  • Supporting the HR Director with the day-to-day running of the HR function.
  • Proactively drive forward training and development of team members and managers, ensuring all statutory training is completed.
  • Manage the employee grievance process and manage conflicts effectively.
  • Oversee the disciplinary process for all office-based and blue-collar workers.
  • Building key relationships across all levels of the business.
  • Supporting with HR projects, as required.
