Job Title: HR ManagerLocation: Melton Mowbray (Office-Based, Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm)Salary: £30,000 - £32,000pa + Profit Share Bonus.

The Role
As the HR Manager, you'll take the reins of all things HR, ensuring our people processes run smoothly while fostering a positive, supportive environment. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for autonomy, variety, and growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive HR administrative support.
- Leading recruitment processes, including onboarding and offboarding.
- Managing staff appraisals, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Overseeing employee relations, including hiring, firing, and engagement.
- Updating and improving policies as the business evolves.
- Supporting health and safety compliance across the business.
- Assisting the operations team with HR-related needs.
