Salary: £31,000 - £35,000

SF Recruitment are currently working with a large manufacturing organisation based in Melton, to recruit for a HR Advisor to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Your role as the HR Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting the People Manager with all generalist aspects of the role, ensuring that all business needs are met across all areas/divisions. You will be the go-to person to liaise between employees at all levels across all departments, line management and the wider HR department.

As a HR Advisor, your daily responsibilities could include the below:


- Coaching, mentoring, and supporting the development of Managers to up-skill
- Supporting and coaching Managers through disciplinary and grievance cases
- Provide advice to employees and people Managers about employment related issues.
- Managing absence cases of long- and short-term duration Managing all aspects of the recruitment and on-boarding process
- Supporting the business and wider HR department with managing change processes
- Providing KPI data and metrics to support activity
- Compliance administration
- Carrying out reviews on the internal reward and benefits offered
- Extensive project-work opportunities across new and ongoing projects

As a valued member of the team, you will bring the following skills and experience: -

- Previous experience of Managing ER caseload
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Able to use own initiative, work independently and manage own diary
- Coaching/ Training experience
- Full Driving Licence
