The Mortgage brokerage has extensive connections and relationships within the industry, which means they have access to the best rates and are able to move quicker than other mortgage brokers.The New Build Mortgage Advisor RoleAs a Self-Employed New Build Mortgage and Protection Advisor, you will assist clients secure a mortgage and protection products that are tailored to their specific needs and financial circumstances. You’ll build excellent relationships with the new build sites you support across the Midlands, visiting sites regularly, working occasional weekends, and attending site events to secure new business.New Build Mortgage Advisor Key responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients seeking new build mortgages and protection
  • Build and maintain relationships with new build sites making regular visits to your clients
  • Assess clients' financial information, creditworthiness, and eligibility for new build mortgage products.
  • Analyse and compare mortgage and protection products from various lenders and providers
  • Stay up to date with new build regulations, financing programs, and market trends to provide the most relevant and accurate guidance to clients.
