Introduction to the Company

Fabric Recruitment are working in partnership with a fast-growing company based in Melton Mowbray.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a small Warehouse team to drive new strategies across the Warehouse operation and take a hands-on approach.

You will take responsibility for all inbound and outbound activities and ensuring all standards are met and exceeded.

Description of the role:

  • Take ownership of housekeeping across the site.
  • Ensuring all Health & Safety policies are adhered to.
  • Scheduling daily workload and allocation of staff.
  • Ensuring all opening and closing procedures are followed.
  • Recruitment of warehouse team members and HR including performance reviews.
  • Taking the lead in implementing new procedures and standards.

About you:

  • Experience of working within an SME environment managing heavy products.
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office.
  • Able to lead by example.
  • Experience of managing a small team able to implement change and improvements.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with fragile products.
