Key responsibilities are ones that you would expect to see in a Shift Manager role - Health & Safety, ensuring food standards are met and maintained, ensuring availability of labour and raw materials for effective delivery of the daily plan, waste reduction, continuous improvement etc, but in order to really succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who thrives when given autonomy, can make the right decision quickly, and is able to help others see and achieve their full potential. The personWe are looking for someone who has experience in high risk food manufacturing, with proven experience coaching and developing teams. A positive approach to problem solving, and someone who isn't afraid to make decisions.
