Position: Registered Mental health nurse (RMN)
Pay: £22-£35

About you:
Experience in mental health nursing at least 6 months
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate and non-judgemental approach
Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Knowledge of mental health legislations and ability to apply them effectively.
Work well under pressure and able to handle challenging situations.
Role overview
Formulating care plans in collaboration with the patient and the wider healthcare team.
Build strong trusting relationship with patients.
Providing therapeutic care, including medication management, counselling and crisis intervention.
High quality care to individuals dealing with mental health issues.
Assess, plan and implement individualised care plans.
