As they continue to grow, they are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Office Manager to join their team. Your new roleYou will be responsible for the smooth running of the office, be customer focused and accurately record personal data, and banking information, whilst working to (and enhancing / streamlining) business processes and procedures. This is a varied role and applicants will find themselves working in office and in livestock sheds, on Market reports and website publications. You will work on a wide range of business matters and will also assist the CEO - you will report to the Head of SalesWhat you'll need to succeedTo succeed, you must have the following:

  • Competent in Microsoft Office 365
  • Experience of working with and a drive to understand and improve all elements of internal business systems & processes from a user and customer perspective
  • Project management skills
  • The successful candidates must have excellent inter-personal skills and be able to communicate across all levels including customers, colleagues, service providers, stakeholders and business partners
  • Maintain accurate computer & physical records
  • Trustworthy and able to work on their own initiative
  • Able to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
  • Carry out duties in accordance with the Market's policies and procedures
  • Pragmatic, lateral thinking and solution driven
  • Able to collate information and present in an appropriate format
  • Full driving licence
  • Degree educated or be of equal graduate calibre
