Dates Required:

  • 17th March - between the hours of 6am – 2.30pm
  • 7th-25th April 2025 (Monday to Friday) – between the hours of 6am – 2.30pm
  • 11th-22nd August 2025 (Monday to Friday) - between the hours of 6am – 2.30pm

(more shifts will be allocated as and when staff book holidays)

Salary: £12.50 p/h

Job Description: We are seeking a reliable, friendly and customer focused person to provide holiday cover in our client’s onsite factory canteen. Our client offer a super friendly and warming work environment and finding someone to match their work culture is key.

This would be great for someone who enjoys cooking and prepping meals whether that be at home, or as a career, and someone who enjoys interacting with people and delivering top notch customer service.

The ideal candidate will have great customer service skills and be adaptable to cook, serve food and handle the tills. Full training given!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate the till and handle cash transactions efficiently.
  • Assist in the preparation and serving of hot and cold food and beverages.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the canteen area.
  • Provide excellent customer service to staff and visitors.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail or hospitality is preferred but not essential as full training will be given!
  • Confident in cooking hot meals
  • If not local to Long Clawson, the candidate would need to drive and have own car due to little public transport services in this area
