We’re looking for an enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join our team at Hancock Property. This is a part-time role working 32.5 hours per week, 4 days per week 09:00-17:30 and alternate Saturdays, 09:00-15:00. Along with a salary of £20,000 per annum, you will also receive a company pension scheme, 28 days holiday and bonus scheme. As Lettings Negotiator at Hancock Property, your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing the entire lettings process, from property listings to tenant move-ins
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Conducting property viewings
  • Providing top-notch customer service and support
  • Assisting with marketing properties and handling administrative tasks
At Hancock Property, we’re looking for a Lettings Negotiator with the following:
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the property sector would be an advantage but not essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service ethic
  • Self-motivation
