Responsibilities:
- Gather important information about properties and coordinate the creation of suitable marketing materials.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the rules and regulations governing Dubai's residential property market.
- Conduct thorough property valuations and facilitate property viewings.
- Skilfully negotiate with prospective buyers and sellers, guiding transactions from initial viewing to offer stage.
- Oversee the progression of sales with the support of the sales team.
- Conduct regular follow-up calls with clients post-viewing to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Stay informed of market trends and developments in the local property market.
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through leveraging the company's database and engaging in networking activities.
- Collaborate effectively with banks, mortgage consultants, surveyors, sales progressors, and other real estate agencies throughout the transaction process.
About You:
- Sales experience is essential.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Presentable, professional, and honest.
- Strong networking skills.
- Positive and hardworking attitude.
- Fluency in a second language can be advantageous.
- Smart business dress is required at all times.
- Punctuality and commitment to company development.
- Excellent work ethic, interpersonal skills, and a supportive team player.
