We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Senior Recruitment Consultant to join as a founding partner—playing a pivotal role in shaping the company’s success.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Build a successful recruitment business using new and existing client and candidate information
  • Build & grow a strong network of clients and candidates alongside the Founder
  • Leverage Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage and track recruitment activities
  • Develop long-term client and candidate relationships through strong communication and engagement
  • Proactively generate leads and source top talent through various channels
  • Oversee recruitment activities using HRIS, ATS, and social media platforms

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven billing success in technical or engineering recruitment
  • Previous experience building a desk in an agency environment
  • Exceptional communication & relationship-building skills
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
  • Knowledge of HRIS, ATS, and other recruitment tools
