Your Responsibilities:
- Build a successful recruitment business using new and existing client and candidate information
- Build & grow a strong network of clients and candidates alongside the Founder
- Leverage Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage and track recruitment activities
- Develop long-term client and candidate relationships through strong communication and engagement
- Proactively generate leads and source top talent through various channels
- Oversee recruitment activities using HRIS, ATS, and social media platforms
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven billing success in technical or engineering recruitment
- Previous experience building a desk in an agency environment
- Exceptional communication & relationship-building skills
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
- Knowledge of HRIS, ATS, and other recruitment tools
