Walker Cole International is searching for a Validation Manager to join a Pharmaceutical Logistics company based in the Midlands. As the Validation Manager, you will be responsible for managing the team and acting as a subject matter expert for the validation activities.
Key Responsibilities as the Validation Manager:
- Overarching maintenance of all validation across the site, including temperature mapping, equipment, and computerised systems (CSV).
- Establishing the validation strategy.
- Management of planned and unplanned change (Change Controls and deviations) as they impact qualification status.
- Writing and executing validation documents across the full life-cycle.
- Lead the Validation team.
The successful Validation Manager candidate will have:
- Significant Validation experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Experience in managing a team of validation engineers, specialists, and a network of external contracted resources.
