Temporary Housekeeper/Cook

Our client has recently undergone surgery and is urgently seeking a dedicated Temporary Live-in Housekeeper/Cook to help with the running of their private household. The ideal candidate will be reliable, dog-friendly, and able to perform all housekeeping and cooking duties.

This position is needed immediately and will continue until mid-June.

Responsibilities of the Live-in Housekeeper/Cook in Leicestershire:

• Perform all housekeeping duties, including cleaning, organising, and maintaining a tidy household
• Prepare healthy and nutritious meals for the family
• Assist with laundry and ironing as needed
• Help with the care of the Principals two Labradors
• Drive the Principals daughter (aged 17) for school runs (12-minute drive), until she obtains her driving licence
• Provide companionship and assistance to the Principal, who is recovering from surgery and unable to perform housework

• Previous experience as a Housekeeper/Cook in a Private Household
• A clean valid drivers licence
• Right to work in UK/hold a UK Passport
• Dog-friendly and comfortable caring for pets
• Ability to start immediately and commit until mid-June
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

A private ensuite bedroom and bathroom in the main house.

Full-time, 40 hours per week.

Predominantly Monday Friday, with the occasional weekend, depending on the Principals requirements.

Leicestershire, LE14.

£40,000, pro-rata.
