Technical Sales Specialist - agrochems

Location: Hybrid

Salary: negotiable dependant on qualifications and experience

Working hybrid, with time spent working from home, out visiting customers and occasional visits to their Head Offices, this role will give to the balance of a supportive team environment with the benefits of a home office and the opportunity to travel the country in pursuit of new business opportunities.

The company are developing an innovative and game-changing portfolio of solutions for agritech and associated sectors that promote health protecting the environment. You’ll be taking this next-generation product portfolio to market and looking to educate and win new customers. The focus of the position is new business development so would naturally suit a more hunter style individual.

The successful candidate will need to be:

  • Degree qualified in an agrochem or agritech related
  • Current/recent background within the agricultural/horticultural sector
  • Proven sales credentials; ideally selling plant or crop science products
  • Target driven, new business focused,
  • Growth mindset; early adopter mentality
  • Willingness to travel
  • Ambitious; eager, success orientated
  • UK RTW and UK driving licence
