Industrial Cleaner

Our client is looking for industrial cleaners for a NEW warehouse just off the M62

You must have an eye for detail and have a CSCS card your application will not be considered if you do not have on in your possession IPAF QULIFACTION BONUS

You will be working to a high standard low level cleaning and spillages of dust mortar left from the builders Spilled paint dust etc

This is a construction site still and COLD

* Commencement date ASAP  Monday to Friday 07.30 – 16.30

* PAYE or Umbrella positions

* Weekly Pay - CSCS Cleaners - £11.60 

CSCS Cleance with IPAF £13.00

Duties

• Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various cleaning tasks.
• Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Organise cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stored correctly after use.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Assist in building maintenance tasks as required, contributing to a well-maintained facility.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
• Familiarity with using hand tools and power tools is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting or moving items.
• A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
