Are you detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards in a dynamic work environment? We are seeking a dedicated Goods Inward Clerk to join our team based in Mendlesham, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and assign booking slots for inbound deliveries via email to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Liaise with hauliers to schedule and confirm delivery timings.
  • Use Excel to update spreadsheets and accurately track inventory and deliveries.
  • Input booking details into the WMS to ensure records are up-to-date.
  • Check deliveries in the warehouse to confirm they are complete and correct.
  • Handle any delivery issues, including overages, shortages, and damages, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Create and maintain goods receipt notes in Excel for accurate records.
  • Receive and process stock into the WMS to ensure it is properly logged.
  • Label pallets in the warehouse for easy identification and efficient retrieval.
