We are recruiting for I.T Support Engineer who will support internal users (both in HQ at Redhill and remote).
You would be the expert for corporate servers and systems, providing technical support for IT equipment.

Role Requirements – I.T Support

• Build, Maintain and Support the physical and virtual office environment including network storage, Virtual Environments, Email, backup/recovery systems etc.
• Maintain Anti virus, Patch management, Web filtering.
• You will be responsible for Maintaining the telephony equipment and servers, as well as installation of telephones onto desk.
• Daily maintenance and administration to ensure high network service.
• Work with corporate IT infrastructure in HQ as well as remote offices and users.
• Maintain software compliance, server applications and licenses.
• Monitor usage and performance to ensure that servers are working efficiently.
• Mange email infrastructure including Exchange, cloud continuity services, SPAM filtering and mobile device management (MDM)

The ideal candidate for I.T Support role would have:

• Degree in Computer Science or relevant experience working in a similar environment.
• Experienced working in a busy 100+ user network including remote sites/users.
• Experience with VMware
• Experience with email services – Microsoft Exchange, Spam Filtering, cloud messaging and continuity services.
• Understanding of Windows OS administration, Active Directory management including Group Policies, user management, PowerShell.
• NAS, SAN (maintenance of server hardware and storage hardware)
• IT Security experience – anti virus, hard drive encryption, client hardening and authentication.
• Experience of High Availability environments including clustering and disaster recovery.
• Understanding in IP network fundamentals.
• Must be able to achieve CV Clearance.
