CMA Recruitment Group is supporting a hugely successful, growing service business based in Portsmouth, Hampshire by recruiting a Finance Assistant on a temporary basis. Due to an increase in workload, an additional resource is required for 12 weeks.
What will the temporary Finance Assistant role involve?
- Match and process purchase ledger invoices;
- Check, match and process staff expenses;
- Issue remittances;
- Respond and resolve internal and external queries;
- Reconcile and correct any errors;
- Ad hoc duties to support the department.
Suitable Candidate for the Temporary Finance Assistant role:
- Comfortable with a fast-moving, pressured environment;
- Enthusiastic and passionate about providing excellent customer service;
- Experienced and confident using IT packages;
- Ability to multitask and manage workload effectively.
