Y5 Primary Teacher – Bognor Regis Area
Pay- £(Apply online only) (depending on experience)
Hours - 8am – 3.30pm full-time
Start – January 2025
This is an Ofsted rated ‘Good’ school, located in the Bognor Regis area. This is a fantastic opportunity to work, long-term, in a respected Primary School starting at the beginning of the academic year.
Qualifications and Experience:
- QTS
- Experience with special educational needs (SEN) is an asset, demonstrating a commitment to inclusive education.
- Talent for creating engaging and impactful lesson plans that capture student interest and promote deep understanding.
- Advanced training or experience in modern teaching methods and strategies, enhancing instructional effectiveness.
- Passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young people, inspiring and motivating them to achieve their potential.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills, ensuring a well-structured and efficient educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive teaching program that aligns with established educational objectives.
- Provide a high-quality learning experience that meets both internal and external benchmarks of excellence.
- Exhibit proficiency in managing challenging behaviour by establishing clear boundaries and recognizing the unique potential of every student.
- Promote punctuality, strong work ethics, and consistent engagement in home learning among students.
- Display passion and ambition as an educator, inspiring, motivating, and engaging learners effectively.
- Craft a curriculum that empowers students with purpose, agency, and a sense of direction.
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated teaching team to deliver an education that equips learners with the knowledge, skills, and values needed to succeed as global citizens.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of assessment for learning and use it actively to inform planning and teaching in real time.
- Adapt teaching dynamically within lessons to address misconceptions and enhance student comprehension.
