As Director of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing housing services, asset management, and community development. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Progress, monitor, and deliver objectives related to tenant experience, growth, and decarbonisation
- Oversee housing, rent recovery, supported housing, and asset management services
- Drive improvements in operational KPIs and ensure excellent customer service
- Report to the Chief Executive and Board on performance and strategy
- Ensure compliance with legislation and regulations while fostering innovation in service delivery
- Promote inclusive tenant engagement and excellent service delivery
- Develop housing and rent recovery services to minimise rental income loss
- Improve tenant engagement and support social and economic growth in the community
- Act as Lead Safeguarding Officer to protect at-risk groups
- Lead planning and monitoring of voids, repairs, and planned works
- Ensure compliance with Welsh Government standards and regulatory requirements
- Oversee new housing developments and drive decarbonisation efforts
- Manage budgets and resources efficiently, ensuring value for money for tenants
