Internal Sales Executive

Up to £32,000 Basic Salary + Benefits

This is a perfect sales role for a highly motivated and organised individual with a passion for sales who enjoys working in a varied role in a company with a 'family feel' despite having over 3,000 employees worldwide and generating over a billion Euro in revenue per annum!

This leading European manufacturer of industrial components is seeking a talented individual to join their team in Merthyr Tydfil. This is NOT your typical sales role as it's a blend of sales, account management, technical support, and customer relationship building.

What you'll do as an Internal Sales Executive

  • Proactively develop new accounts and re-engage with lapsed customers.
  • Confidently handle inbound inquiries, understand client needs, and schedule meetings for the field sales team.
  • Become a product expert and "go-to" resource for both customers and colleagues.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
  • Utilise the company's CRM system to manage the sales cycle and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Collaborate with the field sales team to provide seamless support and ensure customer satisfaction.
