Brook Street are currently working with a wider Public Sector client, who are looking to recruit a Marketing/Comms officer, to start as soon as possible.

Location: Nantgarw - Office based (there may be the option to work at home a couple of days a week once training for the role is completed)

Type: Full-time, temporary contract until 31st March 2025

Pay per hour: £15.56


Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop compelling content for marketing campaigns across multiple channels while monitoring and evaluating their effectiveness.
  • Social Media Development: Build and enhance online presence with engaging social media content that resonates with the clients audience.
  • Storytelling: Craft informative and promotional materials such as blogs, videos, interviews, case studies, infographics, and press releases.
  • Workload Management: Effectively manage your tasks to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues throughout to promote their initiatives and achievements.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in a communications or marketing role.
  • Strong communication skills with a talent for content creation.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media management, and analytics.
  • Experience in organizing and coordinating internal and external events.
  • Proficiency in producing engaging website content.
  • Competence in using design and video editing software.
  • Ability to provide effective communications and engagement advice to colleagues.
  • Experience in identifying opportunities and developing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in software such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently
