We are seeking experienced Residential Conveyancers to join their growing property department in Merthyr Tydfil. This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor or licensed conveyancer to become part of a successful and expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage residential conveyancing files from initial instruction to completion, overseeing all aspects of the process.
• Ensure transactions are handled efficiently, delivering outstanding customer service to clients, referrers, and potential referrers.
• Effectively meet tight deadlines and manage challenging client interactions.
• Provide support and mentorship to junior staff members, working closely with the Head of Conveyancing.

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with solid experience in residential conveyancing.
• Strong ability to manage a busy caseload with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A team player with a collaborative approach.
