Job Description:

The HR Business Partner will collaborate with the HR team and management to implement HR strategies that support the company's objectives. The role involves providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR matters such as employee relations, performance management, talent development, and compliance with HR policies. The HR Business Partner will focus on improving HR processes to optimize organizational effectiveness, while supporting key HR initiatives including talent development and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with management to execute HR strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Provide advice and support on HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and compensation.
  • Support the development and implementation of talent management programs, including training and leadership development.
  • Build and maintain relationships with employees and managers to address HR issues and improve workplace engagement.
  • Assist in the analysis of HR metrics and recommend improvements to HR processes and practices.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives, ensuring successful delivery within timelines and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; CIPD Level 5 preferred.

  • 3+ years of experience in an HR generalist or business partner role.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, including talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at different levels.
  • Analytical skills, with experience in using data to support HR decisions.
  • Project management experience and ability to work on multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of employee training and development programs.

Detailed Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Work with management to execute HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Act as an advisor to managers and employees on HR matters, including employee relations and performance management.
  • Assist in talent management efforts, such as talent development programs and succession planning.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees and managers to resolve HR issues.
  • Analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of programs and suggest improvements.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives to ensure timely and successful completion.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
