Expectations of a Teaching assistant in Merthyr Tydfil:
You will be expected to assist the delivery of lessons within the classroom whilst also having great behaviour management.
You should be comfortable in 1 to 1 situations and taking small groups out of the class to aid them with learning material.
Be empathetic and understanding of all children and their individual situations and needs.
