We are working with a well establish Housing Association based in South Wales who are looking for a Director of Operations to join their team on a permanent basis.

Job Title: Director of Operations
Salary: £85,000 - £95,000 depending on experience
Location: South Wales

Director of Operations responsibilities:

Direct and oversee the property portfolio management
Develop and implement strategic housing initiatives
Ensure compliance with housing regulations and standards
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Manage housing projects from conception to completion
Monitor and maintain budgetary controls for the housing department
Lead and motivate a team of housing professionals
Continuously improve housing services based on resident feedback

Director of Operations requirements:

Proven experience in managing a large property portfolio
Strong strategic decision-making and leadership skills
Sound knowledge of housing regulations and standards
Excellent project management skills
Ability to work well with diverse internal and external stakeholders
