Vetro Education is working with a fantastic secondary school in Merthyr Tydfil to recruit several Teaching Assistants for the new academic year (September 2024)

Location: Merthyr Tydfil
Pay: 85-95 per day
Start date - September

The successful applicant will work in secondary schools across Merthyr Tydfil and provide both one-to-one and general support to pupils who require additional support. The work you do will make a real difference to these children's lives as you will be instrumental in their well-being and education.
The ideal candidate will possess:

A keen interest in working with children
Experience (paid or voluntary) working with Children and/or in the care sector
Open to training and development
Proactive work ethic
A good understanding of special educational needs
The ability to provide a range of support to pupils
A patient and understanding attitude
The ability to work as part of a team
