Sonic Summary

The client is seeking an experienced Valuer or Branch Manager with property valuing experience for a work-from-home position in the Aberdare area.
The role offers a basic salary of £20,000 - £27,500 with an uncapped OTE of £40,000.
Candidates should have significant experience in property sales and possess a full UK driving license.
The position requires excellent communication and customer service skills, along with a good knowledge of the local area.
Working hours are Monday to Friday with every other Saturday off, and there are opportunities for career progression.

Our client, a well-established and highly successful estate agency is currently looking for a Valuer to join their team in the Aberdare area.

Monday to Friday
Every other Saturday

Our clients are offering the successful Valuer:

Valuer requirements:

Highly experienced within property sales
Be motivated and driven
Good knowledge of the local area
Great communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent customer service skills
A full and clean UK driving license

Key tasks of a Valuer will include, but will not be limited to:

Provide accurate market valuations for potential seller's properties
Be a brand ambassador operating in an allocated territory
Engage and support customers throughout their journey
Build a relationship and be the customer's key point of contact through the entire sales process
