What's expected from you?

You need to be able to control the classroom whilst delivering successful lessons to pupils. Delegating efficiently to support staff and Teaching assistants will also be a useful skill to have and will make your life a lot easier! Being able to empathise and support the pupils in your class is essential, whilst also maintaining and developing professional relationships with other staff members.
