Your new role:The Process Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety. This role requires a deep understanding of engineering principles, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
Analyse and optimise production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Conduct process simulations and feasibility studies.
Develop and implement process control strategies to ensure product quality and consistency.
Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality teams to resolve process-related issues.
Monitor and analyse process performance data to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Prepare and maintain detailed process documentation, including process flow diagrams, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
Provide technical support and training to production staff.

What you'll need to succeed:

3+ years of experience in process engineering or a related role.
Strong knowledge of process design, optimisation, and control.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
