I'm currently working with a Housing Association who are looking for a Housing Officer to join their team on a temporary contract for 3 months.

Job Title: Housing Officer
Location: Merthyr
Contract Type: Temporary
Salary: £22 p/h

Housing Office responsibilities:

Single point of contact to tenants and residents
Be a visible presence on specialist housing schemes, maximising communication to achieve tenancy sustainability and positive tenancy management
Dealing with Tenancy queries and complaints
Respond to issues as they arise and work pro-actively to resolve problems before they escalate

Housing Officer requirements:

Previous experience as Housing Officer, ASB officer, Income Officer, Supported Housing
Be able to hit the ground running
Available within 1 week
