Requirements for an SEN Teaching assistant in Merthyr Tydfil:
- This role requires resilience and a good work ethic
- Good experience in various situations in an ALN setting.
- You must be able to assist the teacher in delivering successful lessons
- Helping with classroom management to ensure the lesson is delivered as efficiently as possible!
- Being comfortable 1 to 1 with SEN pupils is also desirable, as well as being able to take small groups by yourself.
